Balance is due upon Check IN.
 
We reserve the right to terminate the rental with refund earlier if necessary
There is an extra charge for extra guests. Each cottage has a defined family limit. The Guest House may be available for rent.

Spring & Fall Rates  ( before June 15) & (after Labor Day)
 
Haven               $125 per day plus 9% tax ( 2 day minimum )
Point               $125 per day plus 9% tax ( 2 day minimum )
Pinewood       $125 per day plus 9% tax ( 2 day minimum )
Guest House  $100 per day plus 9% tax ( 2 day minimum )
